Best app for the RRR !

Perfect app for the recommended routine ! Really well thought out and helpful to keep you focused and on track when working out. No more thinking about what exercice is next, having to write things down, setting a timer for rest .. You can also export the whole log of workouts to use in excel/sheets which can be useful for examining your progression.
One thing which could be added would be muscles worked for each exercice, along with breathing. I think this could be helpful for new users/beginners.
Overall a near perfect app !
