Dear Weverse Shop Customer Service
I ordered my Army membership in March 9 and I received it in January 27 the year after.
As a veteran Army I will tell you my journey to received my member kit.
I bought the Army member kit in March in forecast the concerts of the boys but Covid appeared and I forgot my package. But in September I contacted Weverse for asking if they send my package or not, and they answered me that they will tell some ppl about my request and no signs… until December. I received an email telling me that all the stuff purchased from January to March will be shipped starting from the middle of December. Finally at the end of January as a miracle I received the Army kit.
I live in France so I can understand that it can takes time to transport but I think 10 months is totally abuse. And we don’t talk enough about the export which are exponential and the customer service almost nonexistent until the package has been sent. (Luckily the delivery service made an amazing job in 2 weeks I received my stuff).
I’m so disappointed against Weverse and Bighit, we ruin ourself to buy high quality merchandizing and this is how they treat ourself; I won’t try to buy physical things in Weverse Shop again.

Non seulement les frais d’expedition sont exorbitants mais en plus il vous faut rajouter des frais de douane...
Cela fait un lightstick à 80€ !!!
