The purpose of this app is to provide a safe place for idols and fans to communicate. Yet, I had to uninstall it as I saw my idol’s page flooded by hate comments directed at my idol. It’s been four months already and nothing has been done. Please take action to enforce YOUR anti-harassment rules (in case you forgot, yes they exist) or take down your app.

There’s a lot of hate comments and harassment addressed to the artists. A lot of accounts are violating the rules but no action has been taken. Some members with the ACE membership are sending death threats on there. Please look into it because the app is not a safe place for both the artist and the fans.
