cette application allows targeted harassment against an artist, death threats to an artist, and the users making these hateful posts can still freely use the app because absolutely no action is taken against them. The artists have access to the app, where they can see horrible things written about them. I wonder why cette application made "rules" if they can't even make them respected by some users. I'm not talking about one or two hateful posts a week, i'm talking about hundreds hateful posts per day, and that has been going on for more than 7 months in the EXO-L community. Our requests are ignored of course, because only the money they get from ace subscriptions matter, and not the artist' mental health apparently. Anyway, don't download, and rate 1 star.

The purpose of this app is to provide a safe place for idols and fans to communicate. Yet, I had to uninstall it as I saw my idol’s page flooded by hate comments directed at my idol. It’s been four months already and nothing has been done.

Please take action to enforce YOUR anti-harassment rules (in case you forgot, yes they exist) or take down your app.

There’s a lot of hate comments and harassment addressed to the artists. A lot of accounts are violating the rules but no action has been taken. Some members with the ACE membership are sending death threats on there. Please look into it because the app is not a safe place for both the artist and the fans.

Letting your artists being subjected to death threats along with their family members is not what I call a good app. It’s time for you to filter the people that can post things on your app.

Bubble msg always disappear! There’s just notification but it turns out nothing in chat box!! And clients can’t get the msgs which they missed!!!!!!!!

Nothing has been done to stop hateful comments/posts in the exo community. Members are not following the rules of the app/community and cette application is doing nothing to stop them.

The app is full of hate since months and nothing has been done to dismiss those negative comments.

This app doesn't do anything for the hateful comments towards their artists, that needs to change

There are a lot of abusif content, death treats, harassment and no proper action is held against the users who break the community rules.

So you banned the word « gay » but you don’t do anything about some comments who literally are death threats to the artists

The creators need to take serious measures about the harassment going on the app

I would like to change members but it is not in the same group as the one I currently have. do I have to delete and re-subscribe to the member I want or is there another solution?

otherwise I like the application but it's a shame that some people make this content private on other networks.

It’s cool bc you can make some Kpop friends Stan but it’s hard to understand how to use this app but I make a lot of friends in this app so it’s cool all of people in this are social and cool

Hateful app, people there have NO respect towards the idols. Death threats to the idols and their families, hateful comments on a community (EXOL). Protect Jongdae because some people are going against your rules and you are doing nothing to change it.
