Lysn allows targeted harassment against an artist, death threats to an artist, and the users making these hateful posts can still freely use the app because absolutely no action is taken against them. The artists have access to the app, where they can see horrible things written about them. I wonder why Lysn made "rules" if they can't even make them respected by some users. I'm not talking about one or two hateful posts a week, i'm talking about hundreds hateful posts per day, and that has been going on for more than 7 months in the EXO-L community. Our requests are ignored of course, because only the money they get from ace subscriptions matter, and not the artist' mental health apparently. Anyway, don't download, and rate 1 star.

The purpose of this app is to provide a safe place for idols and fans to communicate. Yet, I had to uninstall it as I saw my idol’s page flooded by hate comments directed at my idol. It’s been four months already and nothing has been done.
Please take action to enforce YOUR anti-harassment rules (in case you forgot, yes they exist) or take down your app.
