Issue your log in

Sorry to say I m very disappointed, account lock done, all pre registered safety question failed when answered it, I did not have mobile phone banking pin, my relationship manager not able to reply nor able to support and the hotline from Hong Kong people do not understand or speak properly English and reacting like robot! I do have big investments in that bank therefore I was expecting proper support ! Some drastic action might need to be done from my side, moving out to city bank

Could you help the french team to build a decent app like this ?

The french version of the HSBC App is just awful.
This version, non accessible for french people, is great.
So, could you help the developers team of HSBC in France and give them some advices ?
Because here in France we wait for 10 years for a decent app !!!

When are you going to put HSBC Mainland China on the French App Store? We’ve been unable to access HSBC China account on our iPhone for over 4 years now!!!

HSBC is a difficult bank and also is an expensive bank BUT has one of the best internet banking services.

Top much updates

From HSBC as other bank, fed up with necessary updates. Do they have any subsides from phone producers ???
