HSBC should allowed to use the older version.

HSBC should allowed to use the older version. I cannot login anymore the older version. What a pity that cannot perform transaction.

Fees & Standing Payment Instructions

Coming from Europe with SEPA system I find HK transaction fees very expensive! But, what is really not helpful is that setting up a standing payment instruction for corporate accounts is so complicated (can only do via paper) and costly.

The App is okay but why 450MB?

To cut this short, the banking app is okay for HSBC customers. Nothing special. What I find strange is that this minimal app requires a whopping 450MB. That’s really strange and should be checked.

660 MB for a simple banking app

Great functionality - not one wonders how this tiny app with very limited functions can need so much space
