I am actually so disappointed from the company. I decided to rent a car with them for one month and payed for it in advance like for many car rental company. I booked a Kia Picanto. So the day of the delivery which was supposed to be 10am, no signal and no car. I tried to call them 3 times no one was able to tell me where was the car. I only received a call from them 2h30 later after the due time, that the car had a breakdown and couldn’t be given to me, which is understandable and they told me that they will give an other car instead for 2/3pm the same day. So I waited and still no car, I then received another call from them telling me that they assure me that the car will be delivered at 7:30pm. It is currently 8:48pm and I still have no car, the day is literally over and lost the whole day but I actually already paid for the day. No one was able to propose me a convenient solution the entire day and didn’t care at all about my situation.
I’m actually waiting a lot from the company.
I do wish for you to not have the same experience than me and to have a better one if you rent with them, but I had to share my situation so to get an honest review.

1) Car was delivered one hour late as the first car I ordered initially had an issue with the key - in such event the car rental company should inform ezhire that my 24 hours should start an hour later
2) Pick-up and delivery is mentioned in the app as 39 AED however this is only delivery and not pick up - both ways is 2x39 AED which should be better explained
3) As a start-up you need to be as hands off and automated as possible - for insurance you need to explain in a pop-out or bubble what does full insurance and passenger insurance entail
4) The coordination between the rental company and ezhire has potential for improvement - go through the logs. When I ordered I spoke to the whatsapp number and call center who informed me that I could have the car delivered multiple places even after 10pm on saturday night - when I called 9pm saturday night this was no longer the case. All locations for pick up and delivery needs to be crystal clear in advance to save you hustle and remove any uncertainty for the customer
5) However I believe the service seems good, prices are reasonable and interface is relatively good thus I gave 4 stars. I'd use you again but please sort out the above hick-up.
