Premium version does not activate

I just paid for the premium service (no adds). Nothing changed, I restarted several times and reinstated my subscription but the app shows adds!
There is no way to contact support for this app! Such a developer who does not respect their clients does not deserve to be subscribed to!
I want my money back or I will file a complaint with the Apple Store.
