Not smart at all 👎🏻
I really don’t understand how come a starting application & you want to make customers while you FORCE THEM to pay over $15 before they can even decide if you are good or not. Be smart & allow people to download at least 2-3 books or even samples of books so they can really subscribe. I am uninstalling your app. Bye bye

خدمة العملاء سيئة
إذا كانت خدمة العملاء لا تحترم عقل العميل فما قيمة التطبيق تبعهم. وضعوا تغريدة بتخفيض التطبيق إلي 10 دولار لفترة قصيرة ولكن عند محاولة الاشتراك الغوا التخفيض قبل إنتهاء المدة التي حددوها وبعد مراسلتهم قالوا بإن فترة التخفيض فد انتهت مع اني وضعت طلب الاشتراك خلال الفترة التي اقروها. عدم المصداقية تدل على أن هدفهم التكسب دون مراعاة مضمون نشر الثقافة للجميع.
