I have had this game for quite sometime. I actually really enjoy playing. I do have a complaint though about the game glitching and losing whatever progress has been made. It will just shut down in the middle of a spin, build, reward. Super frustrating as some stuff cost multiple billions to achieve. So saved coins or spins are lost. I have sent multiple emails to the maker trying to address this with no response or resolve.

Fun game but always crashes mid attack and you lose out on your winnings. The game does not keep track of the attack it crashed on and you lose everything you would have won. Very very frustrating. I have deleted and reinstalled so many times I have lost count. It does not help. Someone needs to fix this game. Also, you can not connect with Facebook like you use to so everyone has a generic picture. Fix the game!!!! My entire team is getting tired of all the crashing and losing of winnings.

They make up players and they have the computer play as them. While u get very little doing a raid you lose a lot when their computer does one against you. Ex never have I got more then $40,000 yet I often lose 85,000 and 90,000. They make areas so expensive to build it takes forever if you don’t buy stuff. Shields are not multiplied like they should be. One is good for 3 hours if you are spinning with a 5x multiplier it should be good for 15 nope it’s still just 3.

I love this game been playing it for years but whatever happened during the last update messed the game up big time. I have to delete CoinTrip everyday cuz it freezes up. Plus now I can’t do any building. Also one of the quests just keeps spinning and spinning. You get no points and after the 24 hours you have to delete the game just to move past the screen. I see they have been doing updates to fix the bugs and make improvements. Sadly neither have been accomplished

I really liked this game until recently. I’ve noticed that during the tournaments the screen will say that you are in 1st place, but once it ends it will mysteriously drop you back to 3rd place. I really feel like we are playing against the computer. For instance this morning, I was in 1st place on the tournament (option to win 2000 spins). I played all the way until the tournament ended. Once I closed the game out and came back in...I was dropped to 3rd place (500 spins). This is not fair! I was a big supporter of this game and have invested money purchasing spins and power-ups. This not a good way to treat your loyal players!

I really “USED” to love this game. Now when it’s full and I start game to spin, I can tell you EXACTLY what I am going to get!! I had already passed this level, and I’m on it once again?!?! This game has so many glitches!! I’m definitely REPORTING THIS GAME TO APPLE iTunes TO HAVE IT REMOVED!!!!! And the money I spent, I want IT BACK!! I’m tired of getting booted out at least 8 X’s every time I play and lose what I had earned. Why doesn’t it land on spins anymore??? It does lan on cones, rings, starfish nothing at all like it used too. This game is so rigged to where you/your company are actually stealing our money. I will get the farmers pack and out of all those spins, WOW it will land on the bomb 💣 to attack another person🤔🤔🤔. Like I said above this gme is goung to be reported unless I hear back from you ASAP!!!

I’ve played a game similar to this in the past and it’s not an outright bad game - I’d probably be giving it 4 stars had that been what I was expecting - but I downloaded this game after watching an ad for it that had advertised it as a strategic puzzle style game, and the challenge is what made it look fun. This was a blatant bait and switch. This game’s actual gameplay - largely dependent on randomized spin outcomes - isn’t nearly fun enough to distract me from the expectation they had set up with their ad. You need a new, honest, ad team who doesn’t set you up to be a disappointment compared to expectations.

Ive always loved this game. Im on a great team but most of us are having major problem in the game. Some cant sign on. Others get signed on but get kicked off. We win items and dont get them because the game is so messed up. Trades are iffy. What is going on Coin Trip? You have had a great game in the past.

I have worked really hard to get up to the destinations and I really love this game me and my husband I have wrote to support to let them know that I am constantly getting booted off And I have not received any response or an email back from them I am an able to play my game and if I have to start over I will delete it permanently if I can get this problem fixed I will give it a five star rating until then I’m sorry please fix this problem

I’m in love with CoinTrip and already spent some money on it also, but now today it refuses to let me play it will just crash and shut down, going back to my main background. Will not let me play. I would love to give 5 stars when this problems fixed. Thank you.

Game used to be one of my favorite to play. Started having the issue where I’d land on 10x shield and I’d get an hour of protection. That usually what X1 shield was. The fact that the shield times are all messed up, means I’ve been stuck on the same level for weeks. Emailed company, and it’s a week later and still no response. It’s now an issue that has happened to me multiple times. I’m giving up on this game the longer I am ignored.

Ok so the game as a whole is fun and yes addicting But for months now and yes I mean months I have not received any new puzzle pieces so getting the chest has be come more of a nuisance then anything. Also on the 4 grid raids you think your doing good and no matter what square you tap you get the :10 and all the coins go away, once in awhile is bad luck every single time is getting cheated.. these are things that should be fixed and sooner rather than later.. if not for those issues this would be a 5 for 5 stars... I actually stretched giving 3..

I have played for a few years. This is a fun game but it constantly crashes now. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not fix it. It crashes in the middle of your spins and when you relog back in it has taken the spins plus the rewards you should of gotten. In the past week it has taken 1000 spins from me twice. It’s nice you can get that many free spins if you wait for it, but to then have them wiped out giving no rewards that your supposed to get is extremely frustrating. This problem is across the board as it is happening to many members or all. I can’t get a message through to you on the game before it crashes, it is constant, so I’m writing in the review. Again it is a fun game with lots of enjoyment Except with this problem it is not playable or enjoyable.
Please do an update and fix these issues. Thank you.

Please sort this out. We can’t get chips money losing everything. They put up a chest but if you can’t get chips out are you going to call chips for chest. Please fix the game. Game keeps crashing and can’t stay online to play. Please sort this mess out and compensate us for everything we have lost. This is not fair to people trying to play.

This game isn’t as much fun as it used to be. You can’t buy chests anymore. So you money just goes to other players when they raid you. And your shields are only good for three hours whether your doing time 3 or times 5 or times 10. Only three hours which doesn’t offer you much protection. Y’all need to change this

This game has been pretty fun overall. I’ve been able to actually play for awhile without spending actual cash towards it. The biggest complaint is the invite offers as I haven’t received those rewards even though I’ve gotten others to join by text and Facebook... that’s not fair that it isn’t working and I would hope developers see this, address it, and reward accordingly. Other than that the features and graphics are decent. I haven’t experienced any lagging on the game. The last issue I have is it can be very easy to hit one of the offers that cost money but I’m able to cancel it before if buys it outright.

Kicks you out every 30-45 seconds. They don’t respond to messages … don’t waste your time. Play this game if you like anxiety.

I just recently downloaded CoinTrip on my iPhone. I really like playing it so far. I have many, many coins & projects. To be honest, I don’t know how I got all these coins. I’m sure CoinTrip gave me some starter coins, but I am sure I have earned the rest of them. The projects are fun to complete.

I been playing and this game has kept me busy for three hours. I been winning because I see others are getting blown up. Rob and end up broke the game is fun

I enjoy this game a lot but recently it’s been pausing and restarting the game. My shield time was shorter than what supposed to be.
Overall I enjoy playing this game with my friends.

I actually love this game. The only problem I am having is when I go to attack other players with the bombs my extra earned spins disappear. I thought it was just a glitch but it hasn’t straightened out. I have lost a lot of spins in the last two weeks. Is there a way to fix this.

For the last couple of weeks while I’m playing the game it keeps shutting off. I have lost money and the game takes things away when it shuts off. Plz tell me what’s going on and can you fix it, before I stop playing it all together.

Please fix CoinTrip! Get msg: check internet service. NO other apps are having this issue. My internet is working well. Thank you.
