There was supposed to be a free trial before being charged the full amount according to the option I clicked on, but I was charged $54 the same day! How do I get a refund?

I tried the three day trial not worth the price! I can use a graphic app like artstudio and get beautiful results on my pictures!
I haven’t even got to see what fixtouch offers, and fixtouch wants me to pay $25 per month as soon as I open fixtouch . Something very stinking sketchy here. Boy bye 🤚
charged me $50+ in less than 5 minutes of my “Free “ Trial. The only feature that works is the filters. opening a dispute to get my money back
Free trial is only 3 days. Way too expensive after free trial. $40/ month.
I would not recommend downloading fixtouch it’s not worth it and does nothing with your picture and everything is pro your better off with another app and it’s just a waste of time.
The developers obviously have a huge issue. They want to grab all your money, and take it for themselves/himself/herself. fixtouch isn’t even worth $1 in my honest opinion.
It’s full of bugs, and literally does everything that many other FREE apps do. Sure they may have advertisements but they’re definitely not trying to charge you $600 a year!!!!

I signed up for the trial, could not find how to unsubscribe. I was billed and want to unsubscribe and still can not find out how to. fixtouch is not user-friendly. I do not recommend fixtouch. I need to reach someone..

It doesn’t even let you do light you have to do the 3 day trial. Not doing that I don’t want to get charged
Normally you get to the see changes made to your photo even if it’s not free. Here you have to commit to payment first. I’m deleting.
The only reason I give it a star is that you can’t move on without it
I paid $50 for two months of an app that doesn’t work. It glitches out it spits me out in the middle of working on Photos it is crap I want my money back. Please tell me who and how I can get a refund because I love photography and editing and fixtouch is garbage!
I don’t see how fixtouch has an average 4 stars. Right of the back that ask you to pay without you even at least being able to try it out for yourself. I just think that’s bad business in general. They need to try and have premium features and standard features if they want you to pay so bad.
I don’t like fixtouch , because you need to pay 5 dollars a month. I don’t think that’s fair to pay for a make up and fixer app I don’t think we should pay for fixtouch, my friend did have it and the make up wouldn’t fit on the face and it’s just like a free filter, and when you move your face the rest of what you press moves it’s annoying when we both tried it 😳

fixtouch is aweful it keeps shutting down way before u can even start I am canceling fixtouch and only had it for 10 mins

STOP: you don’t need a paid app to do any of the things they are trying to promote.
Skip the download and get one of the many amazing products that do a much better job.
I paid the subscription but app is not working. It keeps wanting me to buy it again.
I have not noticed that I got charged until I saw the charge of close to 20$ on bank statement. Recommend looking your subscription page from your iTunes and purchase history from your settings.
Why bother placing it as free when the first screen requires you to buy fixtouch ?

So I get on fixtouch and I was super excited bc I wanted to some makeup to my photos and have some fun with them. 1. The makeup things are not free 2. I am not about to spend 7 dollars a week on this stupid app. 3. You guys should have more free stuff. 4. fixtouch is super glitchy. 5.you guys say in the reviews that you are going to Chang all of that stuff(it’s the same problems as me!) and you haven’t change any of it LIKE COME ON!!!!! DONT GET fixtouch!!

The first thing fixtouch does is make you excited to fix your pictures, then asks for a purchase in order to use it. The price is way to expensive and you need to fix that. You should let people do at least two pictures before charging money.
