Chính sách này không phù hợp vì phần đã tải không liên quan đến việc mua VIP hay không? Giống như việc đã bỏ tiền ra mua ebook và tải những quyển sách để dành đọc sau này hoặc có thể xem đi xem lại nhiều lần khi rảnh nhưng bắt buộc phải trả thêm tiền cho việc đó.
Xoá app và không muốn sử dụng nữa
Nên chỉnh sửa lại, quá nhiều rắc rối.

Tôi đã tải App và chỉ vài thao tác đơn giản thôi vậy cũng phải chờ rất lâu và ứng dụng không thân thiện khi sử dụng. Không thể nào mua gói được. 👎🏻

This ap is super confusing. Be ware that once you signed up and agreed to pay for the Annual package, there is no cancellation option, even they advertise you have 7 days to free trial.
I requested to cancel on the second day of my signup because they don't give me the option to login with email l, since i started registration with my phone number.
IT help-desk is a joke and no help so its better find a better competitor elsewhere.
