The reason why is because when I downloaded it because I saw a YT tutorial on how to save videos to gallery you know for YT videos so when I opened BlackHoleCut what I saw on the YT video was not what I saw here and it showed them downloading the video but for me it just told me to open my gallery it didn’t say anything about a download because I copied the link from the video and that’s all it showed me so can you devs please respond so that you can tell me how to do it.
I have been using BlackHoleCut I believe from the beginning. I have to say I loved it. Since I kept seeing all the never ending ads ( which I understand why they do ) my experience and expectations just went down hill. Guys I haven’t been able to download a single thing with you in a long time. Sad story. Please fix it
It doesn’t makes sense, why would it go from video downloader to video editor? The downloader was perfect. Copy link, click button, and boom video. Now it’s just some bare bones editor, cut a video down or add a water mark. The change was really not needed. These both could’ve existed at the same time. Instead of completely disabling the other one for this. It just doesn’t make sense...
It keeps asking me to open Instagram account on it and when I type in my password keep telling me I’m incorrect when I’m 100% sure I am typing the correct password and really tired of typing the same thing every day to it wasn’t like this before though…
so I hope it gets fixed soon as possible because I can’t download anything anymore:/
When you open BlackHoleCut you are presented with a full screen ad. Trying to close it is troublesome. If you don’t hit the “x” just right, you’ll go to another screen from which you can only go back to the same ad and have to try again. Other than that, BlackHoleCut does its job, but the ads can be very intrusive.
Video is being downloaded but very in low quality 240p so we want in HD quality
You should add option of the quality which quality video we want to download so please fix this as soon as possible thank you
This new update does not let me save the videos to my camera roll. Before all I had to do was click the button wait for it to download and boom it’s in my camera roll. Now your supposed to do it twice but when I try to save it to my camera roll once it’s downloaded BlackHoleCut crashes. Please bring back the old BlackHole 🙏
Just what I need but the restore utility is not working please fix that. I recommend BlackHoleCut especially for elder people.

Please update the restore functionality
BlackHoleCut is actually unbelievably useful however it just need a little bit more improvement an example is the issue I face whenever I need to download a video from a private Instagram account. In that case I am supposed to log in but I can not since there is no keyboard so I can’t put in my details.

This is perfect app to download videos but i can't use the keyboard when i want to log in to my fb or instagram, hope you fix it.
But I buy BlackHoleCut and the Ads still appear to me even after restoring BlackHoleCut and reinstall it ( I think this problem on the latest version ) ... Please fix it
It works perfectly but if i wanna download a video thats 3-5 mins+ it won’t work we just need that problem fixed other than that BlackHoleCut works just fine.

I just want to ask for two features:
- ask me where i want to save the downloaded videos
- give me the option to choose the video quality when downloading from YT, because BlackHoleCut default quality is very low when downloading from YT.

Theres a little problem where the keyboard won't pop up when you try to login facebook or instagram. But u can type your email and password in your notes then copy paste ! It worked for me.
This “improvement” was stupid. It was a perfectly good app that was initially meant to download videos instantaneously just by copying and pasting the link. You turned it into a completely different app to “edit” videos when any smartphone can already do that 🙄. Go back to thee old app please and thank you!
Please please make the original Blackhole app for downloading videos available again in the United States. I accidentally deleted it assuming this was a new updated version and it’s obviously not. I loved that app and it’s no longer available to me anymore.
I have been using BlackHoleCut for a while. I like it; simple and convenient.
But today, it did not work. Once I pasted the link, it did not do anything and closed. Re-opening it, was also a no go.
I have tried deleting and re-installing it again. Nope, it no longer worked.
After the last update, it crashes when trying to download some posts. Facebook ones to be specific
