Fraud charges for subscription

I downloaded an application to check it out, never activated subscription, never even downloaded a single book. But was charged for several months over $20 a months. Did not noticed until now because I thought is was charge for iCloud storage. Just for 3 months lost over $60 without even ability to download a single book (because subscription wasn’t activated). Have no idea if it’s possible to get money back. Probably not. Please be aware

I used to love this app but now can’t listen and/or download any of the books. My subscription is still active for another 11 months. Nobody respond to my request. Send email, Facebook , chat- nobody there to fix the bug.
Books are disappearing during of listening

I was listening to the book and in a middle of the listening the book was no longer available. I contacted admin and the they informed that they don’t have the license for that book any longer.
Very disappointing.
