Ich habe JumpRopeTrainingCrossrope erst drei Tage und kann bis jetzt nichts groß bemängeln .. alles läuft flüssig und die Übungen (ich bin absoluter Anfänger) lassen genug Zeit um das Seil zu wechseln und Pausen ..

Vielleicht etwas schade, dass man auf dem Link ‚lesen‘ auf die Homepage geleitet wird und die Lernvideos nicht in JumpRopeTrainingCrossrope unter gebracht sind ..

So far .. 💪🏻🙂..

Ich liebe JumpRopeTrainingCrossrope, nur leider seit dem iOS 14.0.1 Update läuft JumpRopeTrainingCrossrope nicht mehr 😔 hoffe das wird schnell beseitigt, um wieder mit JumpRopeTrainingCrossrope arbeiten zu können 😀

Expensive but really cool tool.
I like the quality of the rope and the handles. Looks and feels solid.
I am also liking the app! As i never owned a skipping before, i cannot compare it. I however like the idea that went into the crossrope, namely the interchangeable ropes with different weights. Not sure if that justifies the hefty price tag though. Therefore only 4 stars.

Really good workouts for rope skipping. Of course it’s programmed to use with their jump rope set but it can also be used with a normal jump rope. No 5 stars because at times it is a little confusing to know if you are supposed to make a break or change the workout.

So much fun - doing 5 -10 Workouts per week and enjoying very much. Especially different skills are trained like endurance or strength… thumbs up!

By choosing different weights you can focus on upper body power or endurance. By choosing different times you can do i.e. high intensive intervals. In addition it‘s great fun, especially as you see yourself getting better. I use the ropes 1-3 times a week since 3 years. I am 53, orthopedic surgeon and specialist in shoulder surgery and sports medicine. With crossrope and some dumbbells (and nothing else!) I have a full body training and am fitter than ten years ago. Many thanks to the crossrope team!
