PID Lítačka Erfahrungen und Bewertung

I bought 4 tickets. Money were payed, but no tickets were given.

Unfortunately, this app is very confusing. Unfortunately, the subway inspectors did not recognize our tickets.
We had to pay a fine of 120 euros.

I bought a ticket with this app before going down to the platform. An inspector stopped me and because there were still 15 seconds remaining until activation he fined me.

Absolutely ridiculous. You’re expected to stand and wait at the top of the stairs until your ticket activates or what?

Inconvenient and unbelievably nitpicky.

Unfortunately when I saved my credit card and hit the activation button there was a double amount of tickets bought, even tho I didn’t press a multiple purchase. So I recommend not to store your Credit Card details within the app as it may lead to misuse of your card.

I tried to buy a ticket they booked the money but the ticket didn’t appeared in wallet, tried again and again no ticket
I bought 2 tickets each 110 and no contact details given for these kind of problems.

We aren’t receiving any registration mails

Apple Pay doesn’t work.

App gestartet und es kam direkt eine Fehlermeldung. Außerdem ist deutsch als Sprache nicht auswählbar:(

Einerseits ist PIDLítačka sehr übersichtlich, das Tagesticket konnte supereinfach online gebucht und bezahlt werden - andererseits war das Tagesticket etwas über eine Stunde später nicht mehr in PIDLítačka verfügbar, sodass ich mir das Tagesticket doppelt kaufen musste. Auch hatte ich in meinem Onlinebanking natürlich die doppelte Abbuchung. Bei meiner Lebensgefährtin jedoch funktionierte alles einwandfrei - ärgerlich nur um meine 130 Kronen, die ich zu viel gezahlt habe. Ansonsten ist PIDLítačka nützlich, übersichtlich und einfach zu bedienen. Wäre nicht der Ärger über die doppelte Zahlung, hätte ich fünf Sterne gegeben.

Habe PIDLítačka letztes problemlos genutzt aber nun leider das Passwort vergessen. Die Resetfunktion funktioniert nicht. Ich bekomme keine Mail, um das Passwort neu zu vergeben.

Whoever made the app, did it at a very high level. Everything is clear, has English language, works smoothly and you can buy a ticket in 20 seconds. The only problem is the fact that you can’t buy a ticket valid instantly, only in 2 minutes. So you buy a ticket to a bus you are seeing and the driver sometimes doesn’t let you in, because validity starts in two minutes. Therefore, 3 stars

App is intuitive in design and functionality. Works fine. Shows lot of information without chaos. Just little long startup-time for a small program like that.

What a lovely, fluffy piece of code.. #respect mates , good job. Never been appreciated and welcome more as a tourist.
Personally I would like to see more pay options and a more "consistent" UI (sometimes it appears cozy, sometimes not, thats a bit irritating), but all in all critic points on a very high quality level.

Sehr gute App. Einfach zu bedienen. Super finde ich die Ziel-Auswahl über die Karte. So kann man auch als nicht tschechisch sprechender sein Ziel einfach auswählen. Die Informationen haben immer gepasst und wir sind super in Prag zurechtgekommen. Auch der Ticket Kauf ohne Account ist hervorragend!

Schnell kann man Tickets kaufen, dabei wird mit Apple Pay bezahlt. Die Tickets sind ein paar Tage gültig und werden bei Fahrtantritt entwertet. Es wird sozusagen die Realität nachgebildet. Man merkt, dass die Entwickler ihr System auch selbst nutzen.

This public transport app is simply amazing:

1. You do not need a login. It creates a session ID and you will be still able to purchase tickets.
2. The UI and UX is pretty clear and not overloaded with unnecessary information.
3. You can set a validity time for your ticket. This is so neat since the app also tracks delays and recommends the validity time for your ticket which may include a possible delay.
4. You can buy multiple tickets. Sounds like a no brainer but you don't get this feature everywhere.
5. ApplePay integration. It couldn't be easier to purchase a ticket.

All in all I definitely recommend this app. The best way to explore Prague with the public transport system.

Great app.makes it really easy to travel in Prague. Very comfortable. Wished more cities had a great app like this for Public Transport.

Tickets für den ÖPNV können in Sekundenschnelle gekauft und aktiviert werden. PIDLítačka ist total zuverlässig und einfach. Die Preise sind fantastisch günstig. Und der ganze Nahverkehr in Prag ist einfach gut. Zuverlässig, sicher und sauber!

Used this app when I was in Prague for a few days. It is intuitive and works like a charm.

The app has a nice search function to plan routes. Departure times are up to date. It suggests the least expensive ticket. Once linked with a payment method you can buy and validate it with one click. Used it to travel by bus, tram, metro and even funicular.

Spitze. An alles wurde gedacht. Übersichtlich, verständlich, vollständig. So stellt man sich eine App vor.

Die Systemsprache meines Telefons ist Deutsch, PIDLítačka wird mir aber nur auf Tschechisch angezeigt. Mit meinen sehr rudimentären Kenntnissen habe ich mich bis zu den Einstellungen durchprobiert, dort Englisch ausgewählt und den Warnhinweis bestätigt - doch die Sprache bleibt Tschechisch. Ich finde diese Sprache wirklich sehr schön, aber so kann ich PIDLítačka leider nicht nutzen. Edit: Ich habe das Handy ausgeschaltet und wieder eingeschaltet, jetzt funktioniert sie auf Englisch. Nun habe ich sie natürlich noch überhaupt nicht getestet, aber ich gebe unseren tschechischen Freunden voller Vertrauen fünf Sterne im Voraus und hoffe, PIDLítačka wird mich nicht enttäuschen ;-) Vielleicht gibt es irgendwann ja sogar eine deutsche Version? Das wäre richtig toll!
