The App is basically only showing the mobile website. Entries are not being saved so that all data always needs to be re-entered again. Pages are loaded very slow. Even the frequent flyer status is not shown correctly (still showing the status from previous year). Until now still no adoption for the iPhone X. Very bad user experience.
Since months the app crashes when I click on my membership symbol or on the GarudaMiles button. Hello Garuda team, please!! Your website is already slow and constantly crashing, same for the app! Please fix at least ONE of them!
Not possible to enter dates in the flight search, hence not possible to search or book flights.
The lousy English in the AppStore description gives a good impression of what to expect.
