I am sharing this post to prove how unprofessional and disrespectful this company is! I have ordered this water dispenser and was surprised by how low and disrespectful their quality control is!
It had water residue on top and is completely damaged from the back! This is supposedly an international company! How can you disrespect and fool your costumers like that! Not to mention how quite a process it was to finally receive the shipment.
When I contacted the Costomer service they did not help me in any way to make it up to me. They only have only put my return request today to their system even though I have requested it yesterday!
I am so disappointed by their unprofessionalism and disrespectfulness and cannot tolerate to be disrespected like that and not even be fairly compensated!!

Their delivery rep wanted me to pay him extra money even though I already paid the order beforehand including a very high shipping fees. And when I refused he shouted at me took my order and left. I made a complaint to Julia on 30.4.2020 and since then I didn’t receive any reply. I use Souq and amazon Germany all the time I never faced this problem before! I will never use Jumia again! I already deleted this app
