a disaster

almost never works as desired, ordered through the app multiple times and my order is simply ignored for hours while not being able even to cancel the order without contacting their useless support

Horrible customer service

Slow and inefficient and blame their mistakes on customers

Very bad experience

I normaly use Talabat but decided to checkout diese App and believe me thats the worst step I took, delivery took 4 FREAKIN hours to come
