Beim Versuch, mich in TrueMoney anzumelden, hatte ich das Gefühl, dass ich eine geheime Agentenmission absolvieren musste. Das Scannen meines Passes war anscheinend ein Test meiner Geduld und meiner Scanner-Fähigkeiten. Nach 10 Minuten fruchtloser Bemühungen und einem wachsenden Gefühl von Frustration gab ich auf. Nicht nur verlor ich kostbare Zeit, sondern jetzt verbringe ich zusätzliche 5 Minuten damit, diese Bewertung zu schreiben, um meine Erfahrung zu teilen. diese App, wenn Ihr Ziel darin besteht, die Anwender zu frustrieren, dann habt ihr es geschafft!

I tried 5 times to scan my passport. It’s impossible.
If you have lights reflecting your passport, the app said avoid this.
If you don’t have any lights reflecting: the app does nothing. You don’t change anything of your position, then the app says again: avoid reflecting. But there is no reflecting.
Just a fake app. Useless and meaningless for foreigners.
Just one more thing that shows you: Thailand hates foreigners and don’t want you to be here.

I did a color scan into my PC and from there I was able to take the photo. Direct photo of farang passport did not work, because there is always a reflection from the watersigns. Then I did photos of my Non-O Visa and later from my driving lic. This worked. Then my adress. But from here I can not proceed because the work address must entered. I am retired and not work here! So, no chance to register.

The sign up process is horrible for non-thai. You have to share phone nr, passport and face scan only to find out in later steps that they require a whole lot more documents that might not want to share , such as house registration, visa documents, driver license, national ID, etc.

I live in Thailnd and want use but not easy in Thailand. You have an option Foreigner’s but always want Name and Adress company. What do when rent only don’t have a housebook. And what you do when say I don’t working but he want you company name in Thailand.

Takes long time to be accepted to true money. And then most services are not available for foreigners.

It didn’t work so I gave up. Too bad wise only works in the Philippines etc. but not Thailand.

Poor software quality. App needs to scan a passport but does not recognize it.

Can’t even scan my passport from germany…0 Points

Unfortunately there is no English version of this app. We as Farang spend a lot of money for Internet and SIM card, but can’t use the app.
