Saleté sans nom depuis le durcissement des règles qui traite les non-thaï comme de la *%!. Étonnant… Le compte est très régulièrement bloqué, le temps de faire des vérifications qui sont incroyablement pénibles à faire dès que vous n’avez pas un work permit au format papier.
After spending 15 minutes scanning my passport from every angle for the remarkably poorly done app to register it, it says « unable to process ». Then the support just say « do it from an other device »
My phone is a 15 pro max, not exactly an obsolete thing. Then they just stopped responding. I tried to go on their website, but there’s no english version. Worst service ever
I had to scan my passport / work permit for basically nothing. The app ask me for a pin to connect but I don't have it and I can't get one, when I enter my passport number it doesn't work, it seems that I need a Thai ID to set a pin...
For a company which use English all over for sake of looking smart... this is where your smartness is needed! Having your Apps in universal language....

No working with foreigner passport
Temporary fix Place on your passport under a transparent matte film so that you can scan it in the app
Then Topup at 7 eleven
After that you can process micro payment as a local without bank account
Thanks to the cette application main office team who helped me with this process in the office lobby, yesterday !
