Super App! Bestelle dort regelmäßig Essen und war bisher immer top zufrieden!

Ich habe eine Pizza bei Jamie Oliver bestellt. Die Pizza wurde angeblich geliefert, kam aber nie an. Habe unten bei der Rezeption nachgefragt nichts. draussen stand auch niemand. Ich bekam ein Anruf von diese App das ich das Geld auf due App bekomme und neu bestellen kann. ich sagte der Dame das das restaurant inzwischen zu hat und ich da nicht mehr bestellen kann. sie sagte mir doch doch die wartem auf dich. sie hat aufgelegt, ich versuchte zu bestellen und was war ? restaurant hatte zu und ich konnte nicht bestellen. das geld ist jetzt auf Careem und ich kann es nicht auf mein konto zurückschicken!!! ich wurde verarscht und um
mein geld betrogen!!!!

bei Careem kann man jetzt sowohl mit Telefonnummer als auch über Apple ID einloggen. Sieht klasse aus. Funktioniert aber nicht. zumindest nicht in Marokko. Ich habe sowohl das eine, als auch das andere versucht. Nach der Eingabe passiert einfach nichts mehr, der Bildschirm bleibt wie er ist.

Unverständlich, dass eine App 2021 noch nicht mit PayPal und Apple Pay funktioniert. Nach diesem ersten Ärgernis bestelle ich ein Taxi für drei und der Fahrer sagt, er darf wegen der Pandemie nur zwei mitnehmen. Dann einenBus bestellt und über 30 Minuten gewartet. Da habe ich mit anderen Apps deutlich bessere Erfahrungen gemacht.

War bisher sehr zufrieden - Fahrten zum Flughafen waren erheblich billiger und der Fahrer hat immer kurz zuvor angerufen - aber leider kam eine Mitteilung, dass ab Februar 2020 keine Dienste im Oman mehr angeboten werden. Ohne Begründung. Sehr schade, aber leider für Oman nicht mehr zu empfehlen.

Ich habe eine Bestellung getätigt bei dem Lieferanten Pizza Hut wo mir mitgeteilt wurde das die Wartezeit 25-35 min beträgt. Bestellung wurde getätigt. Nach 70min Wartezeit habe ich mich an den Kundenservice gewendet und der Mitarbeiter hat mir dann mitgeteilt das er die Bestellung stornieren muss (aus technischen gründen).
Also wirklich eines der schlechtesten Apps die ich je gesehen habe! Ich würde sie niemandem empfehlen es sei denn ihr wollt verarscht werden ;-)

Ich habe Careem in den letzten 10 Tagen ca. 5x benutzt und finde sie super!

Leider findet die Abholung nicht immer auf dem direkten Weg statt.

In zwei Fällen kamen die Taxen erst, nachdem ich sie angerufen hatte, was mich ein wenig ärgerte.
In beiden Fällen konnte man ganz deutlich erkennen, dass die Taxen erst öfter im Karree fuhren bzw. häufiger hin- und wieder wegfuhren bevor sie uns abholten. Somit war dann auch jedesmal das vorher angegebene Zeitlimit überschritten und der Preis der Fahrten erreichte das Maximum.

Die Abholung an den dafür ausgewiesenen Stellen hat nicht immer geklappt (bspw. Mall of Emirates, Zone B, Fashion Dome), weil der Fahrer wohl angeblich keine Ortung innerhalb des Gebäudes hatte (er rief aber auch nicht an!)

Als ich ihn endlich anrief, fand er zwar den Weg, durfte aber nicht in den von der Mall ausgewiesenen Bereich fahren, weil ein Security ihn davon abhielt. Die Organisation ist also noch verbesserungswürdig.
Dennoch ist diese App empfehlenswert, für eine relativ unkomplizierte Fortbewegung in Dubai.

Auf der Karte sieht man die Taxen bspw. erst zweimal im Karree fahren, bevor sie einen abholen und das klappt meistens erst, nachdem man sie angerufen hat, weil das Warten länger dauerte als vorher angezeigt und man die Taxen ja auch online auf der Karte verfolgen kann und sich häufig fragt, warum sie immer wieder in die entgegengesetzte Richtungen fahren.
Und weil die Uhr das unnötige Herumfahren ja schon als Preis verbucht hat, klappt das Abholen dann doch ganz schnell.
So bewegt sich Preis für eine Fahrt dann meistens am vorher angezeigten Limit.

Die Taxifahrer in Dubai sagen, sie wissen nicht immer, wie sie den Abholpunkt finden bzw. erreichen können (allerdings rufen sie auch nicht an!), so sehe ich großen Schulungs- bzw. Einweisungsbedarf im Lesen von Karten bei den Fahrern.

I would wish this service to be available in every country I am traveling to. Makes the life so much comfortable! All the captains are available on WhatsApp during the pickup and delivery. They have also all be very nice and friendly. The application is working without any problems. I will definitely recommend this service to all my friends visiting Dubai and will be missing you guys going home…

Egal wie und wann man ein Taxi in Dubai bestellen möchte, sie wären angeblich stets ausgebucht…

diese App works so-so in Pakistan: one thing that I noticed is that too many captains never learned to read a map, so they don’t know how to use diese App’s navigation. That means that they often struggle (sometimes fail) to pick me up, and they happily charge me for their back and forth, plus it takes time - and guiding them on the phone to find me is not always an option (e.g. when I am myself in a city I don’t know well and I don’t know the landmarks they would use for orientation). Once on board I can guide them, but in fact the captains should get a careful training on how to read a map and use the navigation, a training that is in fact adapted to the needs of people who never had a chance to go to school.
What I’d be very glad about: if it would be possible to book a ride with a detour or two destinations - to pick something/someone up on the way.
But what really annoys me is the many ads I’m getting via email, text message, the app itself - I feel spammed on almost every channel! Can this pleeeeease be stopped!?!?

diese App is always sending different codes like SS30, But at the time of ordering a car, there is No possibility to enjoy the discounts!

I ordered a taxi on Thursday night at 7 pm and for a ride which is 10 minutes and usually costs around 23 DHS I was charged 79 DHS of 43 was extra charge for timing!
diese App has become pathetic! Drivers not showing up, charges through the roof and all in all just horrible! How on earth are maids and lower paid people going to afford this in a county with such awfully limited Bus and public traffic service!
Very disappointing and I am hoping diese App will get some competition to get up their game!

While I was taking a ride in Cairo Egypt the driver charged 6 times the original amount and took 6 times the distance and time of my clock by taking a huge circle around the city instead of driving the direct way. Walking would have been twice as fast. diese App, did nothing to protect me. While they where informed during the ride about the scam and admitted the fraudulent behaviour of the driver they still overcharged me instead of sanctioning the driver.

I’ve tried the service as I was traveling to a Amman, Jordan. At first everything went fine and I’ve made a couple of rides with them but suddenly and without any reason I received a message on the app telling me that my device has been deactivated. So I called them and send them an email and they responded that it’s a failure on their part and that my device would be activated which never happened so I’ve deleted the app from my iPhone and I will never use them again. Very unprofessional.

The apps needs improvements when it comes to details about the trip (total trip time, wait time, stops, etc.) when using the diese App packages. I would also like to see better management for your favourite locations. It is currently hard to use and maintain multiple favourite locations.

I was using diese App since 9 months through VPN without any issues. Now they updated the app and you can’t use it anymore with a VPN. I asked them why they changed it, since it worked all the time very well?

This is the original answer:

“Sir please be informed that diese App app is associated with Google map. In case of VPN diese App will not be able to acces your current location. You have to disable your VPN.“

That’s just a stupid excuse. Google maps is also still working well through VPN and so did the diese App app before. Now it doesn’t even allow me to choose a location.

Sorry, but goodbye diese App until you become user friendly again.

Every time the popup: „ Unable to connect“.
Same if I want to cancel the subscription. It is not possible, because „Unable to connect“.
Customer service? Not possible to contact, because there are only FAQs. If you can’t find a answer in the faq.. haha.. your problem. It’s not possible to get in touch with customer support

I’ve been using diese App daily for the last three months and it’s getting worse every day
First they say the captain will be there in two minutes and then it’s 9. Then when The captain did not move for five minutes and you cancel they charge you. Horrible! Please improve

The option to order food should be available even when you’re not physically in Dubai. I want to order food for the family in Dubai but can’t if I‘m in Sharjah for example

Ich habe Careem im Urlaub in Ägypten (Hurghada) kennen- und lieben gelernt. Gerade wenn man Diskussionen mit den einheimischen Taxifahrern vermeiden will/leid ist, ist Careem Gold wert. Buchung geht schnell, Preis(-Spanne) wird direkt angezeigt und nach Fahrtende meiner Kreditkarte belastet. War man zufrieden, kann man dem Fahrer ein Trinkgeld via App zukommen lassen oder ihm natürlich altmodisch auch was bares in die Hand drücken. Einfach, schnell und sicher. So mag ich das!

I used it only once in Doha! The driver took a wrong way and waisted more than 45 minutes going around in the the same wrong streets!! Then he charged me 3 times the cost mentioned on the app! I complained and got no reply! It was first and last time ever. So unprofessional!

Many times App cannot connect although I’m connected to the internet. So you can’t book a taxi . Very annoying.
In Kuwait the minimum tip you can give via the app is 1KD which is more than 3USD

Works very good in Hurghada/Egypt.
Reliable service, fair prices.

This is what Kuwait needed. It’s amazing you can rely on the driver.
