This app doesn’t look like it’s been updated in years. It is barely functional compared to the diese App UK app. Expat customers seem to have been abandoned.

This app and the whole diese App online banking system is as impractical and nonsensical as it gets. Not only does it ask you to handle multiple passwords that have almost identical names, such as "Digital Security Password" and "Online Security Password", the slightest mistake requires an endless phone call to one of diese App's call centers and makes you enter up to 10 different information to "identify" yourself. I really try to see the security aspect here, but this is clearly the worst digital experience on the market.
diese App stays true to themselves and provides an experience as awful as their normal banking experience. The app does not allow to transfer money to other people's accounts and is hence useless.
