Why can I not Zelle money of 2.500 usd ? The banker told me this is possible.
I want to pay my monthly rent to another Wells Fargo customer and their is no other way than either doing this manually with Zelle in 500 use pieces or by sending checks around every month. Why is there online banking if this is not possible. This is not state of the art.

The app is not working internationally and the user needs a US phone number for the verification. This is not acceptable for international customers.

Alert setting difficult to find with new version

one-touch Fingerprint works well, but too often it refuses to work, asks for passwords and if I want to retrieve my statements it gets even more cumbersome......altogether, using the WF App is now much less fun than it was in the past, due to the heightened safety issues - dies it really make a big difference for you?

If my phone is recognized and I have not reported it stolen the fingerprint should be generally accepted to gain access to my account!

Fantastic! As an American living abroad the feature to deposit a check on-line is superb. Thank you for offering this.

Since two years we are waiting for the option to wire money internationally, one example is Germany. I do think we will close our business with Wells Fargo soon.
