Considering the price of this app, I was sure it would be good, but the search bar doesn’t even work!

Hi, I purchased the app as I used to live in the UK but now live in Germany. why can I find programmes on the app but then can’t watch them? Eg waffle the wonder dog.
Why can I only get one episode of everything and not an overview of all the episodes and choose which one to watch?
How do I get a refund as I believe it’s not working at all? There is no app support?

Sound doesn‘t work anymore.

The content is wonderful but I can’t stream it without constantly touching the phone to ensure it doesn’t turn off or go on any other apps while I’m watching.

Ich liebe britischen Sendungen und ich habe gehofft, dass ich sie wieder über WhatsPlaying sehen kann. Leider sind viele Funktionen nicht verfügbar, die Bibliothek oder die Videothek ist sehr schlecht. Einfach nur enttäuschend und geworfenes Geld.

Eine echte Enttäuschung, funktioniert in Deutschland nicht.
Und das für diesen Preis.……

Fand das Angebot früher eingeschränkt, aber besser, als gar nichts. Seit dem Update geht aber überhaupt nichts mehr! NOT impressed at all!!!

Manchmal klickt man auf einen Film, der sich dann aber nicht abspielen lässt. Oder aber er ist stumm, d.h. es gibt keinen Sound, das lässt sich auch nicht beheben durch de- und reinstallieren WhatsPlaying.

Finally my kids can watch Cbeebies in Germany! So thankful for this app. It’s way better than overplay.

Funktioniert gut, ermöglicht uns in Germany auf Inhalte englischsprachiger Sendungen zu, zu greifen wie z.B. die Graham Show.
Live stream ist auch möglich von einigen Sendern. Qualität ist top. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und glücklich damit.

Why didn‘t I find this super App sooner?

Das englische Fernsehprogramm ist vielfältig und ich finde immer irgendetwas Interessantes!

There’s only first episode of a documentary, there’s no subtitle, if I come back to watch a video, it doesn’t start where I stopped and the app doesn’t have a section “Recommended For You”, based on what I have been watching.

This is exactly what needed . My job includes traveling in different countries all the time .
App works without any problem everywhere . I only wish they could add a station that has live cricket .
