Super cool concept and exactly what I needed right now, trying to juggle work, my thesis and social life at the same time. Good thing is I can always skip a meal when I do plan on having dinner with friends or wanna go out instead… absolutely love it. And also love th branding 🥢🍴🍝🥗🍱🧆

Very broad delivery slots (3h range for delivery).
Meals didnt look at all like the pictures, in one of them half the meal was iceberg lettuce, in the other one there a single vegetable. Support is not very responsive.
Its a shame because I love the concept, and I think this is the only company doing ready-made meal delivery…

ChefCoco ist einfach zu bedienen, es gibt eine reichlich Auswahl an wechselnde Gerichte und der Co-Founder nimmt sich Verbesserungswünsche zu Herzen. Gerichte schmecken und vom Preis her sehr fair. Außerdem gefällt mir das Recyclingsystem. Hier stimmt alles. Macht weiter so Jungs! 🤜🤛

Anfrage bezüglich meiner Zahlung wird seit 4 Tagen gekonnt ignoriert. Obwohl schon mehrere Chats geöffnet wurden.

They replaced my meal with a completely different one - spicy and vegan when I ordered the opposite, without asking.
Support just wished me a nice day ant that's it. As a result they've charged me for a meal I didn't order and sent me something I can't eat since it's too spicy. Just a waste of time and money!

In order to register you must order a dish first? It doesn’t make sense at all and even if the dish selection doesn’t work. There isn’t any help or contact support button either.

Wir haben ChefCoco getestet, um es gegebenenfalls als Benefit für die Mitarbeitenden firmenweit anzubieten. Die Idee ist super, die Durchführung leider noch nicht ausgereift, Kommunikation schleppend und mit häufigen Sprachbarrieren (auf english, aber auch das ist teils nicht ausreichend). Die Gerichte wechseln zwar ab und an, aber generell ist die Auswahl zumeist begrenzt auf indische oder asiatische Gerichte sowie Bowls, teils mit den Bildern nicht zu vergleichen. Fahrer rufen sehr oft an und liefern nicht aus, wenn sie die Adresse "nicht finden". Für das gebotenene Preis-Leistungsverhältnis haben wir davon abgesehen, das Angebot weiter zu nutzen.
