For an pure cloud accessible device which carries such an tremendous high price tag the quality and stability of the service has accordingly to improve very much! Quick!
Currently neither software quality nor stability is sufficient. Frequent data loss and cloud access issues.

Initial setup, creating an account just hangs when selecting your region. Placing my device in a different country. Tried with a second account, same problem. Got two View Plus, one of them just stopped working with the API (error 400) and the web dashboard throws „an error has occurred“, blocking access to all devices. These devices are premium-priced and if they are made cloud-only, that cloud has to work reliably. If it does not, which can happen, I expect someone to immediately fix that. Support chat just gave me a copy & paste and never actually responded (it‘s 48 hours now). I am thinking about returning those devices that cost me 600 bucks and don’t work as I need them to for my home automation because Airthings don’t know how to do cloud.
