How can I delete an account?
These are very simple Workouts. They are Coloured in Green, Orange and red. If you train regulary muay Thai or in a mma gym i just would recommend the red ones for you. In a Good gym this would be a high intense warm up but not More .. for this it‘s very expensive. I can‘t believe that mc Gregor Train like this. It feels just like his name on a fitness app. I got better experience with other, the only thing i really like is the Design an the mix with the Coaches
The workouts are physically demanding and I like the variety of exercises. Nice extra is the cookbook which is integrated.
Sometimes the app “kind of crashes” and stops the workout, but you can just continue by tapping on play. Otherwise I really like the app, everything looks nice and stylish and is well explained.
Overall I can say that I really enjoy using the app for body weight workouts at home.
Nice design of the app and overall more variety in the workouts than in similar apps (although no boxing workouts). 4 stars though as there are some features missing during the workout (Calorie counts) and the pricetag is a little hefty.
