Unfortunately, the app is not useable and cars cannot be rented. I was able to rent once, since then then the app is asking to accept terms and conditions to the city I live in (and sometimes another) and then hangs. No way to rent a car. Recommended workaround from hotline is not working. Customer service through email could also not help (according to them my profile is activated - but it is not - and they cannot prevent it from happing again).
Actually it is a nice concept, but looks like no control on the app/backend and nobody can help which makes it useless and not reliable at all!
There are hardly any parking spots, which defeats the whole value of the service, having me waste 30 minutes finding a place to drop off the car. I then got fined for parking at the diese App Hotspot (!) and the customer service was unhelpful throughout the whole thing. Been using carsharing for years, but never had such a bad experience.
For several months I have been using different car sharing companies and never been charges any extra fees! Yet GM charged me twice for the same incidence! Plus the too expensive prices lately. NEVER AGAIN.
Ich habe heute in Deutschland versucht zum ersten Mal einen Wagen zu buchen. Leider sprang der Wagen nicht an. Der Support war nur auf Englisch und konnte mir nicht weiterhelfen. Als ich nach einem deutschsprachigen Support nachfragte, sagte man mir: einen deutschsprachigen Support gibt es nur ab 9:00 Uhr. Es war 08:20 Uhr.
Autos, die man über carsharing bucht, müssen sich selbst erklären.

Die Fahrzeuge ansich sich sind recht gut aber man kann in Köln damit nicht von A nach B kommen weil der Radius viel zu klein ist.
