😔 System error...
Though trying a few times I was unable to complete the cc payment.
The only message I received was a system error and that the payment process could not be completed :-(
Die Passdaten werden nicht korrekt übernommen. Eine nachträgliche Korrektur soll über ein Formular möglich sein und man soll rechtzeitig vor Abreise eine Rückmeldung bekommen, ob es geklappt hat oder nicht. Darauf warte ich seit 11 Tagen... Ggfs. muss man ein neues ETA beantragen. Man kann nicht nach dem aktuellen Stand fragen. Was wenn ich am Tag der Abreise ein „bitte neu“ bekomme? Und das dann nicht rechtzeitig bearbeitet wir? Geldmacherei um gleich zu Anfang der Einführung dieses Systems auch doppelt die Touri-Steuer zu kassieren? Wirklich ärgerlich!!
Nachdem der Pass gescannt wurde, soll ja ein Foto gemacht werden. Nachdem NZeTA selbstständig dieses Foto macht stürzt die ganze App ab.
IOS 13.3 iPhone XR
App funktioniert bei iPhone 10 nur bis zur Aufnahme des Fotos. Nach der Aufnahme stürzt NZeTA ab. So ist das nicht zu gebrauchen. 👎🏻
Tried several times and it keeps crashing. Applied online and that worked just fine.
Just downloaded , passport scan easy... then need to take a photo and system breaks down directly... not nice
1 star for the great idea with passport scan function and not more because couldn’t excess more...
Not even the first step is working, this app is just bad.
NZeTA kann nicht einen Reisepass scannen. Ohne den Scan ist eine manuelle Eingabe nicht möglich.
When finishing the process and trying to make the payment, nothing happens, when pressing the ‚Make Payment‘ button. Tried it several times.
The creation of a single request is quite easy, even though the app is a bit shaky when hitting the back button. Adding a second person seems not to be possible. That‘s a pitty for families.
Very fast process and data are correctly. I did not get information if the name of birth ist relevant like in the online form. So I added it manually ...hope this is acceptable by customs.
Gut zu bedienende App, schlicht aber funktional. Tut was sie soll, NEW ZEALAND - ETA wurde prompt nach wenigen Minuten erteilt...
Es war angenehm von der Bedienung her und die Beantragung ging sehr schnell.
Ich habe allerdings versehentlich beim nachschauen auf „Purge all Data“ gedrückt und der Antrag war nicht mehr sichtbar und auch nicht wiederherstellbar, was mich total verunsichert hat. Das Visum ist aber trotzdem noch gültig oder?

Super schnelles Visum möglich. Abends gemacht und morgens war es bestätigt.
Man muss natürlich die gescannten Daten überprüfen! Bei 3 visas in der Gruppe wurde 1mal falsch gescannt. ( eine Ziffer)
Best visa application process ever. Like that they incentive to use the app over the website.
Two suggestions:
- diese App app should be linked sooner on the govt website. Took me longer to find the link to the app than to apply for the visa
- I don’t think I really know when the visa comes into effect, when it expires, etc. that information would be great (especially, I know it’s for 90 days but imagine I am only going to NZ in 60 days and will stay for 45 days. Would I be in trouble?)
Unterstützt mich bei allen Eingaben durch automatischen Scannen. Läuft.
Zwei Vorschläge zur weiteren Verbesserung:
* Foto wird zu schnell automatisch ausgelöst, sobald NZeTA der Meinung ist, dass es passt. Das Bild kann nicht nochmal geschossen werden, ohne neu zu starten
* diese App wurde nach Abschluss aus Versehen in den Einstellungen „gelöscht“, allerdings nur auf dem Gerät - und ließ sich nicht zurückholen (braucht man an sich aber auch nicht mehr). Hat mich trotzdem verunsichert.
Und schon nach wenigen Minuten kam die Genehmigung.
Ich bin begeistert!
In wenigen Minuten ganz easy ohne große Englischkenntnisse erledigt.
