We tried every scooter in the zone. All of them where charged, non of them worked.

The e-scouter is very wobbly. I see this as a high accident risk. Due to the small wheel in front, even small bumps are already a risk. You can only pause the device accordingly, there are also fees if you sit for example in the restaurant 1 hour and then want to continue driving you have to pay twelve euros Just for the break time. Here in Dubrovnik there was only one place where I could park the device accordingly you have to drive back. It is debited right at the beginning of the trip five euros and unfortunately I find the overview of the costs as insufficient one does not see exactly what you have to pay for what. Accordingly, not so good.
