So diese App is really cool that as an international buyer you have the opportunity to buy things from Japan 5 stars for it. But what is unfortunately very bad and I'm really sorry is the support, if you do something wrong, you won't be for, There is no real help with problems to help the buyer, so if you buy something, I really recommend taking care if you did something wrong, you're just unlucky
The app is good, but it's really slow. When you press any button, nothing happens for at least 3 to 5 seconds. That's really annoying. Please make the app more user friendly and faster. It really is a pain to use it.
I cannot log in because allegedly I am entering the Captcha incorrectly. This is a terrible user experience and there’s a reason why everyone hates this method.
Please fix it and I’ll change my review.
With introduction of the new captcha at login the app ends up in endless cycles. Nothing moves.

Super App und Möglichkeit aus Japan Sachen zu bestellen aber oft hapert es an der automatischen Blockade. Sehr viele Sachen werden einfach gesperrt und diese App lässt sich nicht leicht vom Gegenteil überzeugen . Sehr schade!!
