We bought the Air purifier 1 month ago. The sensor lamps on the product are supposed to indicate the air quality in your home (green is good, orange is bad, red is worst etc.). The lamps not once showed green or red air quality, although the product is working non stop. So I am supposed it is not purifying the air?
The app is even more disappointing. One second it indicates “high pollution” the next it shows “good air quality” then again “high pollution” and so on. This changes every few seconds. The numbers indicated in the app, regarding the pollution are also switching constantly. The next thing is that the app is constantly disconnecting from the product although a stabile internet connection is provided. You need to shut down the product and then turn it on again (few times) and hope that it connects to the app again.
If you not succeed the app asks you to register a product, which means you need to go through the whole process of pairing the product, naming it, setting up a new password etc.
In addition, when the app happens to work it only shows very few data, no history data is provided at all.
If I could I would rate it with a zero.
Very disappointed in Rowenta, it was a good brand 20 years ago now it is just trash.
