it is mandatory to check in yourself even if you are already in the hotel in front of the front desk manager. So you do a thing clumsy while you have in front somebody who could check you in a 100 times quicker.
That’s not making The customer experience I was looking for.

The app is under construction for over a month now, and therefore not at all usable. It is said that I have to complete a check in for my stay in the app, but with it not working and the hostel team ignoring my mails, the app is just not working for me.
