Terrible experience

Signing up with Ethiopian phone numbers doesn’t work because they never send the confirmation sms. Apart from that there seems no penalty for drivers to cancel already accepted rides so they constantly cancel when there is traffic or they don’t like the destination or whatever. Many drivers apparently to not know how GPS works and I have to guide them. I stopped using the app.

Drivers cancel constantly on you and don’t understand the concept of GPS. But If one cancels because driver refuses to move you‘re being blocked. Worst taxiapp ever!
