No drivers available.. very hard to find a ride. It was good while it lasted.

First used this app in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The taxi driver arrived and did not pick up the family, because we were 5 persons. OK, no matter I thought, take another one. But the driver said I have to cancel the order, because of app rules. With this cancellation I had to pay a part of a ride I never did. Scandalized about this behavior I sent an E-mail through the app and reported the app team what happened. To this day I didn't get any response and no refund. So, I cannot recommend this app because, if you get in trouble maybe, there's no help for you and you'll lose your money. One star for this app is one star to much. Don't use it! Danger!

I already canceled Facebook connect but it still shows an old profile picture and I can’t change or delete it.

Can’t make any use of the app because it’s automatically set on Greek! Need quick answer!

The option to select a driver has disappeared.

The app FORCES you to input a destination, meaning it has become useless for shorter trips.

Lately every time I need a cab and have to pay by CC I get no drivers.

Taxibeat used to be a customer- first service that was best in class... Beat is a deadbeat service that I abandoned in favour of Uber

Modification of pickup location is not really handy. One can‘t move the pin and the App is not able to modify it by itself based on location. You have to close the app and start over. Ueber app is much better in this regards.

Not many cars available, lots of cancelations by drivers, long waiting time. Experienced in Athens

It’s a nice app with nice graphics but I have been overcharged by the drivers in Greece because they can manually modify the amount in the App at the end of the trip.
Also have been charged about 6€ extra for an airport trip. When contacted Support they said a pop-up window informs users about the surcharge, but that is simply not happening! i have sent a screenshot and afterwards they simply started to answer my emails in Greek...

This app should be able to support more payment methods such as Apple Pay and PayPal. It only supports cash and credit card with an extra charge. Not enough.

I really like the app! Most of the time it works well and finds a match. Very intuitive handling.

Hint to developers: I still miss the multi-stop-function, that would be amazing!

Excellent service, easy to use. They accept cash payments, which makes life easier for me. All in all, the best cab-driver app ever. Way better than the competition ;)
