We selected a hunt that supposedly held a 5-star rating, yet it felt as though no human had ever undertaken it before. Questions were jumbled (e.g., the task to photograph the monument of the last station was assigned on the second station), and the tour itself ran parallel to a bustling 6-lane highway instead of the picturesque park adjacent to it. The app (iOS, latest update) froze multiple times, necessitating restarts. Different 'characters' for the hunt received identical tasks. Tasks related to the stations had to be answered via Google searches; it would have been preferable to rely on information from local plaques. Overall, it appeared as though someone had created the hunt without physically inspecting the location. It was certainly not worth the money.
I reached out to their support via email a week ago to inquire if we had made any errors, but I have yet to receive a response.
