Dear developer team,
The idea of sharing bikes in a city like Rio is phenomenal but it requires an app or at least mobile website that works.
It’s more than annoying that you can’t count on the app or rental services to work. The user usability and workflow within the app is worse than everywhere else, it often collapses while trying to unlock a bike or can’t connect to the server. Updating a payment plan is a hassle and didn’t work for me 10 times. Not sure why this isn’t fixed as this is a relevant income source for Your business and customers can’t invest money in using the service.
It’s actually easy for a competitor to entry your market. They just need to provide a working service and proper app. Sorry to say that but you can’t count on this service and need to be really lucky to be able to unlock a bike somehow if you want to use it

I’ve managed to rent a bike exactly once. The second time it just started the timer but the bicycle didn’t unlock. There is no way to stop this or call a hotline or mark it as an error. I’ve never had such a bad service experience and I’m not sure what to do now to stop it using up all of my credit. Or even charge my credit card.

This is my very first review on the App Store and I just wanted to say that this is the worst app experience I’ve ever had. This was either designed by a monkey or by someone who’s never designed anything before. Nothing works, simple tasks take forever and the navigation is non-existent.
