An sich ist Calisteniapp top. Gerade was das erstellen von eigenen trainingsesion angeht. Einzige Problem ist, das ich diese nach erfolgreichem beenden nicht speichern kann/teilen kann. Sobald ich auf „Save“ gehe stürzt Calisteniapp ab. Dann sehe ich das workout weder in community noch in meiner wöchentlichen Übersicht. Das ist echt schade. Auch wäre eine größere Übungsvielfalt gerade mit terrabändern oder zusatzgewichten wünschenswert.

Endlich mal eine App für Calisthenics!! Gefühlt unendlich viele Übungen mit top Erklärung und Video.
ABER: wenn man sich eine Routine oder einen Workout ausgesucht hat muss man es persönlich in seinen wöchentlichen Plan eintragen. Es wird nicht angezeigt wie viel Pausentage man machen sollte oder an welchen Tagen trainiert wird.
So lässt es allerdings auch Platz für eigenen Spielraum und Kreativität. Aber eine Vorgabe hätte ich schon gern.
Fazit: für jemanden der grade anfängt oder schon etwas länger dabei ist, ist Calisteniapp der Himmel auf Erden. Sie fordert aber trotzdem zum mitdenken auf und übernimmt nicht die ganze Planung.

Viele Übungen, aber die angepassten Pläne sind einfach nur verrückt. Im Test habe ich in 2 Übungen 1 nicht geschafft und der erste Tag direkt mit Übungen die nicht zu schaffen sind. Wo das angepasst ist weiß ich nicht .. sehr enttäuscht von Calisteniapp. 4.99€ verschwendet...

Calisteniapp hat tolle Übungen nur stürzt sie leider häufig mitten im Training ab, wodurch der Fortschritt verloren geht

It’s a great app with a low price! 👍🏽 What I miss: 1. Apple Watch Remote Control (especially for timers) 2. Apple Health Integration 3. Display information of how many rounds are left of the current exercise during the rest timer Bug report: In the routine „Weighted legs around the world“ are no leg exercises. The privacy link in the AppStore leads to a non existing page (404). The today view in the app doesn’t refresh if it is a new day and therefore displaying not the routine for today.

This is very good app. I have try a lot of apps with different workouts but this belongs between the best. The workouts are not easy but helpful for bodybuilding.

Should work on translations in other languages and it would be nice to have a history of done workouts

At first I was skeptical. Now I love this app!! It saves you every completely overpaid personal trainer and the days of searching and watching YouTube videos for the right programs for your body.
And! The €30 per year [€30 divided by 365 days = €0.08 per day] compared to what is offered here is more than too low.
