I gotta say, this time I’m happy that I got a targeted app recommendation. Previously, I used the iOS notes app to record my workouts, but I found it quite cumbersome. Then I came across Setgraph and it improved that process massively. The app allows me to log all the exercises I need, even those not available in other logging apps (you can create your own exercises), and offers valuable insights into my progress, which is highly beneficial.
One of the useful features is the ability to create folders with specific exercises while still being able to log individual exercises on the spot. This flexibility aligns perfectly with my bodyweight fitness routine, especially when I occasionally introduce new exercises.
There are two things I'd love to see improved in the app to make it a 5-star app for me:
- The option to choose between Reps/Seconds as a unit to record exercises like static holds/planks, etc.
- The ability to set custom rest times for exercises, as some exercises don't require the same rest time every session.
