The only thing missing might be something to adjust the overall volume. This could very useful when playing over other app's audio!
A combination of the best sounds that I found so far (the most important ones are even free), the rest is available for a reasonable price. Definitely recommend this! Every night a new sound-ambient to fall asleep to? No problem!
