Geniale App & seit 3.0 ein echter Hingucker

Ich habe erst seit ein paar Wochen angefangen und schon ist ein komplett neues Update und Design da. Yippiee!! Ab jetzt kann man auch sein Gewicht tracken, seine Mood angeben und sich Notizen zu jedem einzelnen Tag machen. Genau das habe ich bisher manuell gemacht und jetzt habe ich alles in der App! Klasse! Weiter so. Thank you!

Beste Fastenapp

Ich benutze die App schon sehr lange und freue mich nun sehr über das große Update. Zuletzt hatte ich etwas die Motivation verloren aber durch die Möglichkeit mit dem Gewicht Tracking und der überarbeiteten Statistik bin ich mit neuer Motivation dabei. Ich finde auch klasse das man jetzt längere Fastenzeiten planen kann, mich persönlich interessieren dabei vor allem die 36h Phasen. Ich habe verschieden Apps zu dem Thema ausprobiert und das ist einfach die Beste! Freue mich das nach so langer Zeit auch noch so gut dran gearbeitet wird!

Wozu eine App, wenn man ...

... den Timer am Smartphone stellen könnte. So mein Beginn nach Empfehlung dieser App. Ja, ich brauche diese App. Ich will den Ring voll bekommen. Sehr gut ist das nachträgliche Anpassen der Start-/Zielzeit, ich bin nicht so Fan von Notification. Fan bin ich aber von den verlinkten wissenschaftlichen Referenzen, danke für das gute Gefühl der Recherchemöglichkeit. Ich faste nun mehr als einen Monat. Erst 13/11, langsam gesteigert auf 16/8 - getrackt wird noch 13/11. Vor allem meine abendlichen Futterattacken sind vorbei, selbst in den bei uns Frauen kritischen Phasen.
