Ich kann nur sagen, dass die FastHabit App genau das macht. Das Erfassen der Fasten-Zeiten wird extrem einfach. Die UI ist simpel und intuitiv. Und die Analyse wann und wie lange man gefastet hat ist super einfach. Für mich als jemand der 16:8-Fasten (zwischenzeitliches Fasten) und OMAD (eine Mahlzeit am Tag) macht, ist diese App der perfekte Begleiter. Und mit dem zugekauften Upgrade kann ich sogar meine Gewichtsabnahme in direkter Relation zum Fasten sehn. top👍🏻
