Better use the app „confirmtkt“ because there it is possible.
By far the worst app I have ever used. Yes, it shows you many trains. No, it is not possible to book tickets. Creating an account is crap (too small input fields, poor adaptation to smartphones, horrible and buggy coding). Everything is full of ads, if you want to create an account, a fullscreen ad appears every four seconds. If you're looking for a reliable solution, especially as a foreign traveller, I definitely don't recommend it. It only causes frustration.
There was a bug in app due to that I couldn’t use my ixigo refund coupon for which I paid earlier. My money got wasted.
The app checks that the passport is must at least have one digit in it. But the reality for I.e. German passports is different, there are id without numbers.
Often wrong platforms, delays mostly wrong, nice to have but not very reliable. Great integretion via widget on ios though.
Sehr übersichtlich und schnell, beim bezahlen von Überlandbussen in Tamil Nadu dann das „Schade“ … trotz funktionierender Anmeldung wird nochmals eine Handynummer gefordert und an der Stelle wird keine Länder-Vorwahl akzeptiert. Also wäre eine indische Nummer nötig. App gelöscht.
Die zwei Sterne für die gute Übersichtlichkeit ixigoTrains.

It’s a good well designed app. By now over 3 days I received 13x the same WhatsApp and 13x the same SMS Refund Message for one cancellation. I am not deaf & dumm. PLEASE 1 refund message is sufficient.
Compared to EaseMyTrip, this app actually works all the way to the payment.
