„diese App“ kind of ironic - nothing in this app works. You can’t finalize your payment to book a ticket due to a vast array of errors. Having said that, the app is absolutely useless.

You have to download an app to check in if you booked a ticket somewhere else. They charge you a fee to pay by card. On local bus station no one is able to help you. Why do it that way? I am good paying the fee in cash, but at least your staff should be able to help someone when asked
