BAGTAG Erfahrungen und Bewertung

Leider schränkt diese BAGTAG Möglichkeiten für die Rimowa Koffer noch weiter ein. Nachdem schon Rimowa sich nicht mehr um diese Funktionalität gekümmert hat, ist das leider erwartbar gewesen. Der Kofferhersteller scheint kein Konzept für die digitale (Reise-)welt zu haben.
Zudem ist die Funktion in BAGTAG zum Entfernen von Tags/Koffern aus einem Account fehlerhaft. Trotz Bestätigung passiert… genau gar nichts und der Tag/Koffer ist weiterhin an den falschen Account gebunden.
Support in BAGTAG (DS Tags) oder bei Rimowa? Existiert nicht, was sich leider mit meinen Erfahrungen der Vergangenheit deckt.

Irgendetwas ist schief gelaufen und keiner hilft bei der Korrektur. Ich habe mich registrieren wollen und dabei ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Meine email ist belegt und eine Änderung des Passworts ist nicht möglich, bekomme zwar den Link zum ändern, die Änderungen können jedoch nicht aktiviert werden, weil dann wiederum das Konto nicht erkannt wird. Mein Kontaktversuch bleibt unbeantwortet. Unbrauchbar!

…Seitdem Rimowa das etag an diese App übergeben hat, ist man bei der Labelgestaltung absolut eingeschränkt. So lassen sich z.B. nicht mehr komfortabel 6 Zeilen für Name und Adresse, sowie Zusatzinfos angeben. Das war bei Rimowa ganz einfach möglich. Sollte dringlichst verbessert werden, sonst ist BAGTAG einfach unbrauchbar

Extrem eingeschränkt nutzbar mit sehr wenigen Airlines .
Eigene Tags per Eigenen Bilder zu erstellen wäre viel Praktikabler ! Rimowa hat dies vor Jahren gut vorgemacht mit dem Etag .

The app is full of bugs; it took me one hour to successfully add Rimowa bags. To find out that characters are minimal compared to the original Rimowa bag, I can't add more than three lines!

I blame Rimowa for charging its customers such a high price and then leaving them in the hands of a buggy app by a third party.

My final product is from a company with little respect for its customers!

RIMOWA terminated its own app for their luggage with electronic tag, so I moved to diese App. Though I didn‘t really liked the old RIMOWA app the diese App app is currently not better. The connection with my Electronic Tag works easy and intuitive. It‘s not clear, which size the graphics have to be and my first attempts looked bad. While I formerly used 200x444px and the app added the black area, the diese App app expects either a graphics of 200x750px with the black background area added or the graphics will be cut, which may result in ugly displays. Currently the green stripes, used for airline bag tags are shining through. I contacted the company and they replied fast and individual. The bug with the green stripes is known and they’re already working to fix this. Since the RIMOWA functionality was only added recently, I‘m positive, this will improve with the next updates. I‘d be happy to give more stars then.
