Driver had been late over 3hrs both for pickup and delivery. From 5 shirts I gut only 4 back. In the normal wash the delivered a other customer‘s polo shirt and mine got lost. It took two weeks and several emails to get back the shirt. The polo is lost forever. Not to be recommended at all.

Clothes were not properly washed. Support responded to complaint by telling me I should have read the terms and conditions and booked more than a regular wash. Over 50 bucks in Amsterdam for a regular machine wash was not enough to remove stains. Two problems with that: 1. The same stains I remove with a simple 30 degrees wash at home, I probably just use a proper detergent. 2. I pay 15 bucks in NYC for a laundry service of this type and get my clothes back with no stains.

Und alle anderes Sachen haben Pinke Flecken … falls jemand Beweise möchte kann ich die gerne stellen … die Firma hat mir darauf hin geschrieben wir geben ihnen 32,50 AED zurück haha als wieder gutmachung ! Lächerlich

The idea to pickup and deliver laundry is good and works in general. The actual service quality shows room for improvement though - pickups are not timely, drivers not very friendly and customer support not top notch yet

Habe Laundryheap das erste Mal hier in Dubai genutzt. Im Vergleich zur Reinigung im Hotel absoluter Schnäppchenpreis. Abholung an der Rezeption ohne Probleme, innerhalb 24 Stunden alles wieder sauber und gutriechend zurück. Sehr zu empfehlen 👍🏻

We spend two month in Dubai in a Hotel. As the laundryservice in Hotels is very expensive we found this company via Google. The service is Great! Absolutely in time and the prices are really fair! We definitely recommend diese App!!!
