It's everytime the same! My address is valid!!! So please send the Zipcard to my place or help me with solving this problem!
I have paid for your service so I realy need a car!!! You said it takes 3-7 days and not 3 weeks!
Your telephone hotline, but also you and your E-Mail customer service is the worst I have ever seen.
It takes days to get an answer of you.

diese App is the worst app and apparently many people have the same issue.
My account got suspended due security reasons, it’s funny because I’ve never used my account and just created it 3 days ago. How is this even possible? Anyone explain to me haha

Absolute nightmare company. Unreliable service and literally every booking doesn’t work as planned. If you need to go somewhere don’t use them. The quality of the vehicles is terrible too!

Die Idee ist gut die Umsetzung Zipcar total schlecht. Man wartet sehr sehr lange bis etwas gefunden wurde. Es gibt kein Support fürs iPhone 5.

perfecto. super. muy facil para reservar coche y siempre funciona. very easy to reserve cars and it always works. sehr leichter prozess um ein fahrzeug zu reservieren und Zipcar funktioniert sehr stabil.
