It's everytime the same! My address is valid!!! So please send the Zipcard to my place or help me with solving this problem!

Absolute nightmare company. Unreliable service and literally every booking doesn’t work as planned. If you need to go somewhere don’t use them. The quality of the vehicles is terrible too!
horrible service, dirty cars in bad condition... better to use drivenow or other carclub!
Die Idee ist gut die Umsetzung Zipcar total schlecht. Man wartet sehr sehr lange bis etwas gefunden wurde. Es gibt kein Support fürs iPhone 5.
