While this has been requested a year ago. As of today we can’t still start a chat thru the app. So here comes a bad review for not listening to your customers and not actively working on something important...
It's good to finally have an app for cette application but for the moment I've seen it crash more often than work correctly...
Help Scout is a REALLY good tool, the best I’ve tested so far, both client and user sides. Better than big companies’ ones, without any hesitation.
The iOS app is great for responding emails but I excepted the chat to be implemented too. That’s not the case right now, sad.
Please consider adding chat to your app, you’d have the best world’s solution.
Being able to manage the chat through the app would be very useful.
